1: Least likely is rolling two dice and getting the sum of 1. It’s impossible. 0% chance

2: roll a standard cube and get < 2. 1 in 6 chance, about 16 % chance

3: draw a black card from a standard deck. 50% chance. Half of the cards are black, half are red in a standard deck

4: spinner with 5 sections. You have an 80% chance of spinning 1, 2, 3, or 4
