2y=3x+11===> y=1/2(3x + 11)==> y = 3x/2 + 11/2

You can replace x by any number & you will find the related y value, but the easiest way to graph it is to find the x & y intercepts

For x intercepts you replace y by zero==> & x intercept = -11/5 = -2.2
For y intercept you replace x by zero ===>& y intercept =  11/3 = 3.66
The coordinates of the intercepts are then A(-2.2,0) & B(0,3.66)
Having A & B you draw the graph
