x = cost of 1 sweat shirt

3x = 45
x = 15

5x = 5(15) = 75

It would cost $75.00. All you have to do is divide 45 by 3 = 15 to find a unit rate and then multiply 15 by 5 = 75 to find the price. Hope this helped!
